Preamble: These General Terms and Conditions define the access rules for the CT BAND website (the “Website”) and its conditions of use that the User agrees to accept, without reservation, upon their connection to the Site.
Special Conditions determine the rules for using the space made available by Members for free communication and / or free publication (“Interactive Services”) to which the User may subscribe for access. CT BAND (the “Website”) presents the CT BAND product and its features.
Anyone with access to the Site, regardless of their status (individual or professional), location, method of connection to the Site, object and purpose of information accessed on the Site, is a user (hereinafter “User”) of the Site.

The Publisher may at any time modify the present General Terms and Conditions. These amendments apply to the user as soon as they come online. It is therefore recommended to regularly consult the Terms and Conditions to be aware of any new conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Non-respect by the user, regardless of location, of one of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and more generally any difficulty relating to the execution, interpretation or validity thereof, are subject to French law and French jurisdiction.
